Before we clean we talk you through the complete process and will carry out a survey. We will test your carpets for colour run and shrinkage. We select the best cleaning process for the type of carpet. Rug cleaning involves a different process to carpet cleaning.
Rugs are often made of wool or silk so colour run can be a problem. We will carry out extensive testing to ensure we do not cause damage to the rug. In many cases, we use a low moisture hot water extraction process to clean rugs and carpets to achieve excellent results.
