We are very pleased to announce that after our application was accepted and we are now fully approved members of TACCA – The Approved Carpet Cleaners Association
TACCA is a new and exciting trade association for UK carpet cleaners that was formed in March 2011 by a group of extremely passionate carpet cleaners, dedicated to raising the public profile of the profession. The founding members from right across the UK began with extensive online discussions about how to change the public opinions about carpet cleaning.
The founding members wanted to find a means of educating the public about the pitfalls of certain carpet cleaning methods and also demonstrate the value for money they get when choosing carpet cleaners who know what they are doing. Together the founding members put out a request to find like-minded carpet cleaners who could join together to make a difference and take on the inferior carpet cleaning alternatives out there.
As passionate and dedicated professional cleaning service providers in Merseyside, here at Metroclean Ltd we were really keen to be involved in helping to educate the general public about the quality of our cleaning services and demonstrate our commitment to customer satisfaction and ongoing training and education in order to continue exceeding our customer’s expectations.
